1 cup soft or silken tofu
1/2 cup soy milk
1/3 cup sweetener
1/4 cup carob or cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt
popsicle moulds
In a blender or food processor blend all ingredients until very smooth and creamy. Pour into moulds and freeze. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Makes 8-12 depending on moulds.
