Whole Foods Importing "organic" Food From China!!!

Whole Foods Market selling organic from China ????

John Dude | MySpace Video

I am absolutely outraged at this. I have spent thousands of dollars at Whole Foods thinking I could trust the origin of the organic food I was purchasing.
I no longer have that trust in Whole Foods anymore after doing research and seeing this investigation.
I am going to be frequenting local farmer's markets and being a lot more careful about WHERE my food comes from.
There will be more on this subject soon.

Sesame Stir Fry

This is a quick & easy evening meal. Lots of veggies stir fried in a little bit of sesame oil. After the veggies are cooked I add a little bit of this yummy sauce and serve over a bed of rice.

Why John Robbins went vegetarian

One of John Robbin's books, "The Food Revolution" played a huge part in the reason my family went vegetarian and then vegan. His father invented Baskin and Robbins ice cream, but John found a healthier lifestyle for his own family.
